Farmer information and support mechanisms
- Prescription of our products: we do not assume that our clients know about the product they have come to purchase from us. It is our duty to give more information.
- Provision of follow-up support: we follow our clients to their farms and businesses (individually and in organized groups) to assess their progress and to offer timely corrective support.
- Taking services closer to the end user: we organize farmer field days in remote locations and take sample inputs and products to ensure remote farmers access quality products at affordable prices even in small quantities.
